Grand Kerala Shopping Festival (GKSF) continues with the phenomenal success that it has achieved over the years. In the first week of its ninth season, it has already over crossed 20000 vendor registrations and over 50 lakhs in voucher sales.
In what promises to be a major boost to the event, the transportation network giant Uber has decided to partner GKSF in its endeavours. A statement by Bhavik Rathod, GM – Uber said that they were extremely happy to be partnering GKSF and looking forward to it. Every user that downloads the Uber app and uses the promo-code ‘GKSF 2015’ during the period of GKSF can avail free rides worth Rs.300 and also avail other amazing benefits. The deal was reached after talks were held with the representatives of Uber by Director of GKSF, Mr. K M Anil Muhammed and V Vijayan, the state coordinator.
