The March issue of FWD Business featuring the Honorable Chief Secretary of Kerala, Mr. Jiji Thomson IAS on the cover, was unveiled at the scintillating FWD Power Dinner hosted at Vivanta by Taj in Trivandrum. The event which assumed added relevance for Mr. Thomson’s impending retirement from an illustrious career in civil service. It saw the movers and makers of Kerala’s public and private machinery in attendance.

In a very forthcoming address, which was punctuated with his trademark humor, Jiji Thomson took the audience down the memory lane of his 36- year long métier as a civil servant. The esteemed dignitaries listened with rapt attention as he recounted the many tales and anecdotes from his eventful career. The FWD Power Dinner which was hosted in association with Rajasree Motors and Mercedes-Benz transcended its functionality as a magazine launch and a networking dinner to become a tribute to an exemplary civil servant.
