Kalyan laid the foundations for what will be its maiden project in the city of Kochi

Kalyan Developers forays into the Kochi realty market with its maiden project, KalyanMarvella. The 13 storied building with 36 apartments and will be located in the neighbourhood of Girinagar and will feature state of the art amenities such as swimming pool, health club, multipurpose hall, centralised gas supply, video door phone with intercom, multi-tier security and water metering. The foundation stone laying ceremony of KalyanMarvella was carried out on April 29 and the project is scheduled to be completed by the latter half of 2019.
“Kalyan Developers will tap into the luxury real estate segment of Cochin by launching projects at enviable locations. We will focus on building world-class homes that are contemporary, luxurious and provide the latest amenities. We expect the 6 new projects to add Rs.350 crores to our topline.” said T S Kalyanaraman, Chairman – Kalyan Developers.
Kalyan will invest Rs.150 crores in its construction projects at Kochi and has identified two more locations, a waterfront project in Thevara and a project on the NH Bypass. Apart from this the company will also be launching six projects this financial year across Kochi, Trivandrum, Thrissur, Tiruvalla and Calicut.
